Heather’s background includes years of Small Business Management & Ownership. She works as a Scheduling Coordinator for a local Level 1 Trauma Hospital’s Radiology Department. She is also a parent of Kodiak, a special needs , DeafBlind child, which takes skills & patience equivalent to running a small country. At KTS she is an Administrator, Office Manager, Controller, Marketing Manager, Project Manager, Website Designer, Accounting Manager; Safety Training & Compliance Manager; Communications Specialist, Quotes & Billing, Scheduling & Contracts; Product & Equipment Inventory, and whatever other hats she has to wear to get things done.

Symone has a long history of taking care of Kodiak, her little brother, from the time she was 4. She is dedicated and loves working with children. She has been a PCA, CNA & worked in the medical field. She has learned patience and customer service skills. She has experience in cleaning and organization of pantries, closets and other areas. At KTS she is an Office Assistant to Managers, Technicians & Customers; Communications & Networking & Advertising; Organizing office spaces & jobs; Agenda & Company meetings; Assisting in Scheduling jobs & meetings and in signing contracts; filing and accounting. Symone took Business & Entrepreneurship class and many others that helped in her skills. Symone graduated with honers.

Colten has skills both working with his little brother Kodiak, as a PCA, since he is about 4 years old. Colten, at the young age of 12 began working with his grandpa and uncle who are custom home builders. He learned construction framing, roofing & siding, sheet rocking, taping and drywall, painting, landscaping. Colten has a small business as Colten’s handyman & mowing. He took shop classes in school as well as Web Design & build, Mechanic & Repair Technologies/Technicians and has an inventors mind to work with things. He is good with his hands and has a mind to figure out how to make things work. He has assisted in creating websites and had technician experiences. Colten is a good fit in installation and technical side of our business.

Hannah spent a lot of time as a PCA & assisting in taking care of her little sister, that she cared for dearly, as she watched her little sister bravely fight cancer the 1st & 2nd time. Hannah has worked in customer service and what began as stocking shelves grew to taking care of customers and assisting and training new employees. Hannah enjoys creating and designing clothing and sewing things she then wears. She is an artist and also loves photography. She took photography in school. She is a collector of cameras and enjoys working with lenses and is a good fit for our camera department. Hannah graduated with honors.
